As a Senior Instructor, I bring strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure sessions run smoothly, safely, and professionally. My experience has taught me to stay calm under pressure, manage dynamic environments, and make quick, sound decisions — all essential when leading teams and managing risk on the water.

I understand how conditions change rapidly on the sea — tides, wind, and surf — and I make it a priority to teach good decision-making and situational awareness alongside paddling skills.

I am also a big believer in creating a positive, inclusive learning environment. Whether I am leading a small group or supporting a larger program, I bring energy, professionalism, and a calm leadership style that keeps everyone motivated and safe.

For me, powerboating is about much more than handling a vessel — it is about understanding the environment, anticipating risk, and making good decisions on the water. My goal as an instructor is to help students develop not only strong boat-handling skills, but also the awareness and confidence that define a truly capable skipper.

I take pride in creating a calm, structured, and supportive learning environment. Every student learns differently, so I adapt my coaching to suit their experience and pace — whether they’re new to powerboating or working toward advanced qualifications.
